The website for initiating a claim does not work. The is only one line for last name, so you cannot enter names with line spacing as shown in the example. Inconvenient because I now have to call during business hours

Neither of the above questions is applicable as I had no problems either during the trip or on the flight home.

I thought changes were made correctly when I phoned in, but see above that the policy says it ended 9/12 even though I changed it to 9/13. Glad I had no problems returning home on 9/13!
