I rated 4 stars because I didn't have any issues with setting up my insurance, and had no claims. Therefore my dealings are very limited. I would buy from them again, in hopes that I only have to buy the insurance and not have to file a claim.

Our luggage was lost by United Airlines for 14 hours during the first leg of the trip. After filing all the lost luggage reports with United in Flordia, we notified Squaremouth at approximately 11pm and talked with a live body who spoke clear english, no joke I was relived and impresses with the service. Squaremouth followed with status updates the next morning, great service and we received our luggage 4pm the next day.
