Claim Process
I didn't have the proper coverage for my claim

During Trip
When my husband had a tooth problem in Istanbul, Turkey, I called the emergency help hotline and received an email within a few hours of several possible clinics for assistance. We were very impressed with the quick response, and it is reassuring to know this resource is available when in another country.

Claim Process
We did not file a claim on the aforementioned tooth problem, as it was too minimal to bother with.

Before Trip
I previously used squaremouth to insure my trip and had to cancel because of a family emergency and I reeived 100 % of the cost of my trip. I would recommend squaremouth and will always insure through them.

I feel very confident using Square Mouth for my travel insurance because I know I will get a great price and also if I have any problems I know they will see that I am treated fairly and Square Mouth will always be there to assist me!

Customer Service was very helpful, easy to reach, and answered all of my questions. Having some insurance gave me the confidence to put together a great trip!

Very easy to compare prices and customize the insurance package.

During Trip
We had to make a claim due to a delay in travel. I called them from the airport, and they were very helpful, explained what documentation I needed to keep and best of all told us not to worry about filing anything until we returned.

Claim Process
We received only half of our claim because we arrived at our destination in time to spend the night in our room (around 9:00pm). Half was reimbursed to cover any activities/events missed during the day. (original arrival time was supposed to be 12:30pm)

I really can't rate because my sister arranged the insurance but it was documented quickly.

During Trip
I didn't need to call the hotline or ask for any help.

During Trip
We never had to use but have a family member who has used Travel Insured International in the past year for medical reasons and was very happy with their service.
