Squaremouth.com made it extremely easy and convenient to compare each aspect of a wide variety of coverage by all major carriers. Purchasing a policy online was also easy. Documents arrived via email and were easy to view and download. There was a one-page summary that we carried with us on our trip.

When a customer service representative was contacted with a question about the possibility of changed travel plans, she could not provide a helpful response or adequately answer questions about the current policy or the possibility of a
seperate new purchase. I decided I will not use this travel service again because of the lack of support for my travel
questions and needs.

Sqauremouth is the best website for insurance and the customer service I received when trying to choose which company to use, was absolutely excellent.
