I haven't heard from the insurer yet about its final decision. On 5-15-12, the insurer asked for information about airline refunds. I responded by email on 5-26-12. The email was read 5-27-12. I am only claiming $200 now for airfare because AA gave us vouchers, so we need LAN reimbursement of $200. Total we are seeking is $21,251.
