Before Trip
Our address, email address, and phone number were not forwarded by SquareMouth to the carrier. The carrier therefore did not send us the insurance documents. When we checked a few weeks before our travel, the carrier immediately emailed us the documents. SquareMouth needs to check its system. We were very worried that we did not have insurance when we realized we didn't have the documents as we prepared our luggage for travel.

Prior to this short trip we had purchased another policy for our trip to France in Oct.'12. We were misinformed by the rep we spoke to & it turned out to be more costly than we were led to believe. Obviously we are not happy by that exchange.
