Thankfully, I didn't need to make any claims but it was good to know it was available if needed.

I used Squaremouth on my last trip in October 2010 The customer service reps were extremely patient and educational then and continued to be on this trip.
I had a little bit of difficulty on the webpage. I was used to how to select the different options from the 2010 webpage. Once I figured it out I was alright. I think you changed the page to make it easier to compare for people who hadn't used your site before?

My trip was uneventful so had no reason to use the insurance. When I ordered the insurance before my trip the website where I filled the appplication was very straightforward. I would use this carrier again for future trips

I have not made the claim yet. It is for about $50 for costs incurred due to a cancelled flight and long layover.
