    When a customer service representative was contacted with a question about the possibility of changed travel plans, she could not provide a helpful response or adequately answer questions about the current policy or the possibility of a
    seperate new purchase. I decided I will not use this travel service again because of the lack of support for my travel
    questions and needs.

    Before Trip
    I had several questions that were answered completely by a great representative over the phone. After the purchase of my insurance, the travel dates of my trip were changed. Another phone call and my policy was changed easily.

    During Trip
    I did not have any reason to contact or use the insurance during my trip.

    I made no claim.

    No problems during the trip to Kenya. We were satisfied with the insurance. The rate was reasonable.

    We did not have to use the insurance.

    quick easy and I was able to pick only the coverage that I needed. rating for thr company was very good . The documents arrived quickly with the exact coverages I requested. The policy language was easy to understand. applying on line for the coverage was very user friendly and I was given several quotes to choose from, will definitely use for future trips.

    did not need emergency help therefore did not deal with customer service
