Before Trip
I have taken out travel insurance several times with SquareMouth, and have always had great service. However, I have never needed to make a claim, and until that eventuality it is difficult to assess the individual policies completely, but it is nice to have the service and the cover laid out fully, so that you know what you are buying.

This company really came through for us when we were delayed in returning from South Africa during Hurricane Irene. We tried to call their helpline from Johannesburg but the call did not go through and I am not sure that the blame did not lie on the Johannesburg end as the phone system there was odd. We had extra expenses when we were forced to fly home to a different U.S. city leaving our car stranded in New York City. Travel International covered everything for us. The customer service rep was very kind when I first called after arriving home and the paperwork which I was very particular in completing was not questioned. Still I was very surprised to see a check for the complete claim with no hassle. I have used other companies before and filed claims and things never went this smooth. I am a permanent Travel Insured International customer now.

I printed off the insurance. I wish I was aware of the different states exclusions before I started to print. Wasted a lot of paper which i did not need.
