Currently struggling with sending in claim documents...my inadequacies. Will probably end up coping and mailing them (snail mail) as my computer abilities are basic and my IT support (Husband) has just had spinal surgery due to the fall in Vietnam.....
The local representative in vietnam was able to successfully secure transportation (speedboat) from our small boat in Halong Bay to the pier and a taxi to Hanoi French Hospital (90 minutes away). Although I never spoke with him, he was able to arrange with the boat's crew to make the transfer seamless.

Purchase of policy was very easy and cost reasonable for planned trip. Had to cancel the trip at the last minute due to illness of my traveling partner. Filed a claim and Travel Insured responded immediately with claim instructions. They kept in touch and received the claim documents. Waiting for them top process the claim. So far, service is very satisfactory.

Fortunately I didn’t need to make a claim. Insurance seemed affordable for peace of mind for travels.

Sales woman was very helpful explaining things. I felt comfortable with my choice to buy the insurance, though I didn’t end up needing to submit a claim.

The travel insurance claim processing was very slow with 4 -6 weeks wait for the next question or request. It took 5 months to get the refund.

I started a claim on November 13, 2025. It is still under review. They did not notify me of any action. In fact they sent me an email on December 28, 2025 stating that they were still waiting for my claim. When I called to find out what the email was about I was told that my claim was under review so I should ignore said email.

I spoke to a representative and she was very helpful with answering all of my questions.

I can’t say enough good things about this travel insurance company. From start to finish, the Travel Insured International team went above and beyond to help me get my claim paid during a very stressful situation.

What stood out most was the exceptional customer service, especially Chris. I was treated with empathy, professionalism, and genuine care. The representatives took the time to explain the process clearly, followed up proactively, and helped ensure all documentation was handled correctly so there were no unnecessary delays.

Travel insurance only matters when something goes wrong, and this company truly delivered when it mattered most. They honored the intent of the policy and worked diligently to reach a fair outcome. I am incredibly grateful for their support and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy travel insurance.
