After I paid for the policy, I had to call just before I started the trip to get a copy of the policy. I had no communication from squaremouth until I coantacted them.
Claim Process
Carrier refused claim of $80 of $200 policy. Proof of baggage delay (14 days) was provided but no receipts available because we were in small town in Egypt and purchased inexpensive items on street and market - rather than spending $200.

I did not really need customer service other than that from the website, but the policy arrived in timely fashion and was clear and easy to understand.

My luggage was lost on the outobard section of the trip . No advice other than call us after it has been gone for 12 hours, and since the luggage was coming in 24 hours later, according to the airlines, they should have helped give advice at that time. Instead : call back when you have a real claim.

Everything is a struggle and everything is as if I am lying . There is no proof...etc., etc. I have had better experiences with other carriers and will avoid this carriere in the future, although my ultimate goal is not to have a claim or problem, while traveling.

I called the carrier during the trip. Apparently I was not eligible to make a claim. The rental apartment did not provide as advertised: elevator broke down for most of our 3 weeks and I had to walk 5 flights of stairs with a very bad hip. Had hoped to go to a hotel.

My claim was declined on the phone with very little conversation. Issues with the apartment, though they related to my health, were not covered.
