    THANK YOU FOR PROFESSIONALISM AND THE EASE OF OBTAINING THE INSURANCE. I'M GLAD TO HAVE HAD IT; MY BAGGAGE DID NOT ARRIVE WHEN I RETURNED HOME; LUGGAGE WAS DAMAGED, AND SOUVENIRS MISSING AND DAMAGED.

    The phone people were very helpful and curteous.

    Claim Process
    not necessary to file a claim. Based on the ease of obtaining insurance, I felt confident that if I had to file a claim, it would be a very simple procedure to file. With the uncertanties in the region, I was pleased that I obtained the insurance.

    Before Trip
    We did not have any contact with the carrier before the trip, other than ordering insurance and delivery of the policy. We were satisfied with the ordering process and prompt delivery of the policy.

    During Trip
    We had no contact at all with the carrier during our trip, so I do not feel comfortable rating them.

    Claim Process
    No claims were made. Again, I do not feel comfortable rating the carrier since we have no experience in this regard.

    Before Trip
    Squaremouth Insurance provide excellent, prompt service both over the phone and by email.
    Our group of 5 travelers did not have to make a claim, but felt assured that with weather flight delays this winter, etc. that we were protected.
    I would use Squaremouth again.

    During Trip
    I did not have to use these services.
