    Trip was canceled due to Iceland ash .. information given during adequate but incomplete

    Conitued requests for inforamtion and lost faxes required an enormous amount of dupl;icate work and letter FedExed to president was not answered .. I will not be using this carrier again

    WE had a small medical emergency, but our primary health carrier took care of the claim. The remaining amount was below the deductible. However, we received good information when we called and were send claim form in case we needed them.

    Who knew? Everything seemed okay before I left on the trip.

    WTP Gold travel insurance by Arch Insurance Company is worthless! When my purse was stolen in Chile, they provided no support during my trip. Instead, they required that I submit everything after I returned. This was absolutely useless, as I had to replace a stolen passport, get emergency funds, etc. The insurance company did NOTHING to help during my trip.

    Absolutely horrible customer service and claims resolution. I would not have purchased this policy had I known how bad this company is. Do not waste your money!
