handled effeciently and I never needed it.

During Trip
I called the carrier during the trip. Apparently I was not eligible to make a claim. The rental apartment did not provide as advertised: elevator broke down for most of our 3 weeks and I had to walk 5 flights of stairs with a very bad hip. Had hoped to go to a hotel.

Claim Process
My claim was declined on the phone with very little conversation. Issues with the apartment, though they related to my health, were not covered.

The "small print" in coverage was of concern what I thought was covered possibly would not be fortunatly we did not need it
