Before Trip
They did not issue an insurance card with all the policy information. I had to carry with me a copy of the entire policy which was very bulky. If I had taken ill while out on a tour I would have nothing to show a hospital that I had insurance. I would not use this provider again because of no insurance card

Once I was able to get the necessary information to the insurer, they were prompt in scheduling a nurse to accompany my injured mother on our return flight. I don't know how we would have handled this if we had been in a remote area with more difficult communications - they might want to set up something special for adventure travelers. They had representatives available 24/7, which helped greatly with the time difference. They did not double check our location before sending the nurse, however, and did not know we had changed cities and hospitals since our initial call. The carrier had no problem with sending my mother home on business class so she could have room to elevate her injured leg.
