So far no problem in correcting the fare amount. I mistakenly doubled the fare when applying for the insurance then later realized the mistake. Called and it was taken care of politely and quickly. I should get a correction on my next statement.

We had to cancel our trip due to my medical condition and also cancel the policy. Everyone involved was professional, courteous and cooperative.
