I made two claims, one for a missed connection and one for damage to a rental car. Both were just paid without any problem. I highly recommend this company. I will use them again.

when I tried to call the out of usa # provided to report a cancelled airline flight from prague to amsterdam, i was not able to reach anybody.

They did not issue an insurance card with all the policy information. I had to carry with me a copy of the entire policy which was very bulky. If I had taken ill while out on a tour I would have nothing to show a hospital that I had insurance. I would not use this provider again because of no insurance card
