Everything was easy and arrived in a timely fashion; seemed pretty straight forward

They were speedy with my claim; sometimes it is tedious the items you need to include with your claim, but I guess it is necessary for them to process; for example; I needed to have proof that the airline would not refund the ticket ; it seems like a lot of busy work gathering all that up, when they could just make a call to find out.
