I had to cancel my travel insurance policy within 15 days of purchasing it due to a change in my travel plans. Travel Insured International made the process incredibly easy—they canceled the policy over the phone, and I received my refund the very next day.

When I provided all information asked for, my claim was denied.

I filed two claims and have heard very little from insurance company.

The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and helpful with our first experience with Squaremouth.

No issues what do ever.

My star rating may change depending on how they handle my claim. Our trip was delayed over 24 hours because we missed our connecting flight from Amsterdam to Minneapolis due to arriving late on our initial flight from Florence and our Delta flight not waiting for us (15 passengers)

Experience has been good to this point

I sustained a severe knee injury 11 weeks prior to my scheduled trip. The required surgical repair has a typical projected recovery time of 6-12 months. So, I cancelled the trip, and submitted my initial claim notice to Travel Insured on April 17th. After several Travel Insured requests and submittals/re-submittals of additional information/documentation, it is now June 17th.
I will update when there is a final claim resolution - I am still hoping for a positive outcome...
P.S. On a more positive note - I just had my 10 week post-op follow-up with my Ortho Surgeon, and I can now be load-bearing without my brace and I can drive again!!

We canceled our trip due to medical issues.
We contacted Travel Insured International. They provided clear verbal and written instructions on how to submit the claim.
After submitting the claim, we received reimbursement promptly.
