    Our bags were delayed 8 hours. My husband paid for a return taxi ride to the airport to get our bags. I filed a claim for the taxi fare of 80 euros. Each of our four family members who were insured could have spent a few hundred euros to buy clothing and shoes but we decided to return to the airport hoping the bags were on the last flight of the day. I filed a claim but there is no place on the form for taxi expense

    I’ll never use your company again. When I purchased insurance the trip and flights were refundable. Later I changed the details of the trip and called in to report the change. The customer service agent told me there was nothing I needed to do. I didn’t think to update the value of the trip. My mother got seriously ill the day before the trip and could not travel. I’m now out $6,600 because apparently I had NO trip cancellation because the value of the trip should have been updated when I called in to change it. I’m beyond upset about this and will not use your company again.

    Terrible! My trip had to ne extended due to a family emergency and this company refused to extend my policy. Left me hanging with no insurance. Disgraceful!

    Buying insurance is very easy from Square mouth, but to make a claim is another thing.It is very complicated and wether I will get paid, I will have to wait and see

    Travel insured international is asking all kinds of documents.
    I provided most of them like proof of purchase E- ticket, proof of cancellation, boarding passes.But they asked me to provide a statement to proof cancellation of flights from Qatar airlines and Sichuan airlines which I can not get, because these Airlines don't reply my emails and they just said they cannot provide one.I hope they process my claims otherwise I am not going to buy travel insurance from Square mouth.com . It's a waste of money.I have tried to provide all the documents they asked, but they keep asking for more documents that I don't have.

    My travel plans changed as they often do. My trip needed to be extended as I was visiting a sick relative so I reached out to Travel Insured International to extend my policy prior to the old policy expiring. They refused to extend it as it is "against their policy". They were happy to leave me uninsured for the remainder of my trip. They should re-name themselves Travel Uninsured International In my opinion. They clearly don't care about their customers well being or they would not have that policy. Luckily, I was able to find another company that would start a new policy mid trip. I will not be doing business with travel insured international ever again. I made that clear to them since they were going to leave us high and dry. Not something you want from my insurance company.

    Appreciated the quick and professional manner of the claims handling

    Filing a claim through the web site was very cumbersome. However, after phoning customer service, I was sent a checklist of what was required to file the claim. Doing this through email was very easy. Processing took a few weeks and the entire claim was allowed.
