While traveling in Japan I got sick and needed a doctor..Travel Insured got a doctor appointment for me via telehealth the same day! They were in constant contact with me throughout the entire process! I will definitely use them again for all my travel insurance needs in the future!!

Initially, the claim process was laborious getting the information you needed to complete the claim. Then, Morgan came into the process and she was outstanding. After whe was involved, everything went smoothly.

We had to cancel our trip due to medical reasons. Our refund claim has been submitted to Travel Insured and we are waiting for our refund to be approved.

Although I have coverage regarding travel insurance with a credit card, I find that on some travels to some locations I fell more comfortable with the extra coverage I can get at a very reasonable price through Squaremouth.

i’m still waiting for a response to my claim so too early to provide value we are almost at the deadline for them to respond.

We were unable to take our trip because prior to the departure I fell downside stairs and broke my neck. I have notified Travel Insured International of the accident. I am in the process of assembling all the doctor affidavits and the trip and payment information. So far Travel Insured has been very helpful in sending the necessary forms.

I had a simple question about my coverage and the customer service person I spoke with was helpful and courteous.
