Very helpful! Was able to connect me with a doctor through telemedicine when I was in a remote area.

I tried to put in a claim with Travel Insurance International for my trip. After spending 3 hours on the phone and internet trying to put in a claim I found it was too complicated getting all the forms they required for a claim. I believe I am intitled to a reimbursement for the expenses incurred and the agony I endured on my flight. Travel insurance is a waste of money.

Thankfully we did not need the insurance, but we felt safe having it.

I filed a claim almost a week ago. No action has yet been taken on it. I have received no communication on the progress of it. This process is extremely frustrating and the communication very lacking.

Called customer service to modify the dates of our trip. It was handled quickly and efficiently.

My cruise on Celebrity Beyond was cancelled. There, I never left for my vacation.

Travel Insured came through and covered my claim, so overall I am happy! The individuals I exchanged email or phone calls with were very helpful and pleasant.

Two areas that could use improvement:
- The online claim portal was broken. I could not upload several documents, and some that I uploaded were apparently not received. This led to lots of back-and-forth with the claims folks. They were lovely, but that inefficiency was a little frustrating.
- Although I had to cancel for medical reasons, I noticed in reviewing my policy that the cancel-for-any-reason coverage ended 3 days before departure date. This could be a rude surprise for anyone who needed that coverage--that should ideally be changed, but at least made more obvious prior to purchase.

No concerns at all. It was easy to increase my coverage as my expenses increased. Very friendly and efficient.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. This company is awful and I won't buy from them again. One leg of our international flight was canceled and we had no access to our bags for 2 days. We submitted a claim for normal expenses like toiletries and clothes for that period and the company denied it on a technicality.
