No evaluatory comments about post-claim process as no need for a claim

VERY disappointed! I purchased cancel for any reason and I am still waiting on payment. I am NOT happy!

Very helpful when I called for assistance on board our cruise ship while my husband was still in the infirmary and likely being transported off the ship at the next port for further medical treatment. My calls were answered immediately and liaison personnel contacted me through email and phone messages.

Sadly we had to use the insurance. My daughter tested positive for Covid the morning of our flight, so we were doomed - no flight. Luckily the insurance company came through and covered our trip cost. I couldn’t be happier with the choice to get insurance. Your site really helped me pick a good policy.

Travel Insured International was very accommodating about adding my newborn infant (born after purchasing the policy and planning the trip) to my policy. While I did not need to file a claim on this trip, I am confident, both from their support this time and from previous experience with them, that I would not have had a problem.
