It was easy to apply for insurance with help of insurance representative.

Great service and very simple to use. Very knowledgeable staff when you call. Have used before and will use again. Very flexible options from medical only to full trip cancelation coverage.

It took over a year and over 10 telephone calls to get the claim completed. I requested numerous times for the auditors/analysts to call me back so that I could submit anything else that was needed but each phone message and email was met with no return calls until I was completely irate with a customer service person that I got a call back from the auditor/analysts who was handling my claim. The process was very frustrating and presented the companies' lack of commitment to effective, compassionate service. Travel Insured boast to alleviate stress and worry while traveling but they definitely contributed to the overall situation when a claim was actually needed. Overall, the experience of dealing with very neglectful employees overshadows the possibility that the company could be one that is truly worth trusting when paying high premiums for travel insurance.

Very efficient handling of the claim forms. Both forms I needed were forwarded immediately via email as PDF. I'm now waiting regarding my settlement.

Our trip was rescheduled for October 21, 2024. Unable to rate customer service for now.

We postponed our trip to Israel, so we didn't put in a claim, but we would have been reimbursed the cancel penalty if we had. We'll be covered by the same insurance policies for a new act of terrorism within 30 days and 30 miles of the new tour dates, but only if they are not at war. It doesn't cover war. All of the other benefits will apply, however. We have three years from date of purchase to use the insurance.
