I sent them a whole packet, complete with everything they asked for on their claim form, along with paperwork showing what each company said was nonrefundable. Yet, they want even more from me! I had to send them all my old credit card statements proving I had paid upfront for a rented RV, a train ticket, and an AIRBNB. All this for only a $652 claim. It seemed redundant! I think they they want to give up but then they don't know me. I would take them to Small Claims Court if they don't pay.

I did get my refund but it seemed that they wanted double the amount of proof that was actually nessacery. I think this is to stop frustrated folks from continuing to persue their just payout and just " throw in the towel."
It was quite easy to connect by phone with one of your agents. She was extremely clear and understanding on my needs and she explained the process and answered all my questions.
I am intending to claim a luggage piece -my carry on that went on the plane with the rest of my luggage and was partially broken and opened at one edge. I am waiting for the airline to get back to me, but otherwise , I will send you the information and the pictures.
I am already recommending Squaremouth to my acquantances for your excellent services.
I canceled my policy a few weeks prior to my trip. The cancellation instructions on the website were confusing so I contacted customer service where the friendly and knowledgeable representative canceled the policy for me.
Claim process seems to take forever. Very slow. I already received two emails stating that the claim is delayed.
I specifically upgraded my travel insurance to cover car rental. When I reached the Europcar rental desk in Edinburgh the company refused to take my credit card insurance or my travel insurance. They said neither insurance would cover car rental damage. I was disturbed to put it politely, I knew this was not the case but felt I had no choice but to buy additional insurance from them. Please contact the company to stop this outrageous conduct. I believe the reason they do this is upon returning the car they go over it so very closely to find minor issues they can charge me for. They caught a "dent" I had trouble seeing.
I don't blame either you or Travel Insured but you should be aware of this deceptive practice.
I continue to very much value the service Squaremouth provides.
I had a potential trip interruption and attempted to contact Travel Insured. Took a while to get through, was placed on hold after discussing the situation with the representative. After more than fifteen minutes on hold the call dropped and they made no attempt to reconnect with me. Thankfully the trip did not get interrupted so it didn't impact my vacation but had it been a real problem I have little faith that they would have been able to help me.
This company made viewing and amending the policy very easy. Friendly customer service when I had a question about coverage. Didn’t need to make a claim but feel that this company would be there for you if a claim needed to be made.
The service prior to submitting the claim was good - informative and responsive. I am waiting for my claim to be resolved to determine my satisfaction with the policy.
We were asked to leave tour after one week because I had covid. We will be looking for compensation for second week. I haven’t sent in first claim yet as waiting physician payment.
