I had made a mistake entering the end date for our trip. This was easily corrected, tho understandably, upped my bill a bit. I have always been pleased with my experience with Squaremouth tho luckily, I have never needed to file a claim. Cost well worth it for the peace of mind!!
Everything turned out fine - no needs to make claim
Filing the claim with Travel Insured was relatively easy. I downloaded forms and submitted the completed forms along with doctor letter, receipts, etc. They had one request for some additional information and then paid the claim 100%.
The international staff did help us to work with the hospital to get the forms printed. We asked the hospital to send the forms back to Travel International, but by the time we returned home two weeks later, Travel International had not received the info. Hopefully it will all come together in a few weeks and the claim will be paid.
