Easy and simple !!

Easy to purchase. I’ve never had to file a claim so I can’t speak about the claims or assistance process.

My husband husband had a cardiac arrest while we vacationed in France. Insurance details were explained and the process should start soon. I will rate again after the claim is processed.

Hello everything smooth but i am still waiting for a response

We filed a claim due to an airline delay that caused us to miss part of our trip and incur additional expenses in order to catch up with a tour. Although we had to compile a lot of paper to file the claim, it was addressed in a timely manner and we received all the money that we asked for. This was our first time to file a travel claim and we appreciated Travel Insured International's help and efficiency. We would use them again.

Peace of mind

Three tropical storms with a tropical storm warning for the location to where I was going which was Bimini brewing and I had a cancel for any reason policy they used every possible excuse to not cover me. I did not book through a travel agent but booked through a life coach they told me to send an email to her as cancellation but if she did not reply I was out of luck and policy would not cover. As I needed proof of cancellation and my email to her was not sufficient Total waste of my money I should get a refund for the travel insurance.

Fifth time I have used Squaremouth to purchase a travel policy. Very easy process, great support, if needed, and great comparison tools to pick the correct product for my trip.
