    We filed a claim due to an airline delay that caused us to miss part of our trip and incur additional expenses in order to catch up with a tour. Although we had to compile a lot of paper to file the claim, it was addressed in a timely manner and we received all the money that we asked for. This was our first time to file a travel claim and we appreciated Travel Insured International's help and efficiency. We would use them again.

    Three tropical storms with a tropical storm warning for the location to where I was going which was Bimini brewing and I had a cancel for any reason policy they used every possible excuse to not cover me. I did not book through a travel agent but booked through a life coach they told me to send an email to her as cancellation but if she did not reply I was out of luck and policy would not cover. As I needed proof of cancellation and my email to her was not sufficient Total waste of my money I should get a refund for the travel insurance.

    We have used Square Mouth for our travel insurance since 2013 and have never needed to file a claim. We experienced a family medical emergency with our traveling companions on our recent trip that was insured, and are preparing to file a claim once we have all the necessary forms ready to submit.
