I can’t say enough good things about this travel insurance company. From start to finish, the Travel Insured International team went above and beyond to help me get my claim paid during a very stressful situation.

What stood out most was the exceptional customer service, especially Chris. I was treated with empathy, professionalism, and genuine care. The representatives took the time to explain the process clearly, followed up proactively, and helped ensure all documentation was handled correctly so there were no unnecessary delays.

Travel insurance only matters when something goes wrong, and this company truly delivered when it mattered most. They honored the intent of the policy and worked diligently to reach a fair outcome. I am incredibly grateful for their support and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy travel insurance.

Due to a medical situation with my husband we had to cancel our travel. We submitted all required documents for the claim , with supporting medical documents etc and no payment from insurance company. Not impressed . Terrible customer service. ( we even paid extra for cancel for any reason…….) never use this insurance company!

I had to switch my policy to another travel date because I did not travel.... Having said that, my change was easy to make and I won't actually use the policy until September 2026.

Travel Insured International is my go to for my travel insurance needs. I’ve never needed to use the policy but it is comforting to know that I have it.

My wife lost a crown in Vietnam. We called the insurance referral source. They politely told us the claim wasn't covered but were very very helpful if finding us a local dentist who reinserted the crown the following day at a very reasonable price.

My wife’s father passed away shortly before our trip so the there was a real possibility that we would need to cancel. Being able to choose what was best for us was made things a lot easier.

We were unable to go on our trip.
I’ve filed a claim and am waiting for a response from Travel Insured.
