A review is pointless when no claim is made. What can I say? They did a good job of taking my money?
I been contact with costumer service in 12/20/2018 to extended policy and the told me that they will contact with insurance company and they will not and the are not extended because weekend off days and i tried to contact with the insurance company and they told me that they don't have any idea about that .

A little expensive with many loopholes.
I had a minor $147 claim and was not optimistic of being paid. Your claim process required me to submit about 22 pages of information---all sorts of stuff . the most difficult was my primary insurance coverage--which you needed to see rejected the claim before you would pay. I understand the reason for this---but, if I had to do it over---I would have selected a plan that did not require this step. I am sure many people just give up on the process. I was lucky that I could access munch of the information required on line. So I did get paid and all is well------but people need to be aware of how difficult the claim process can be---might have turned out different for me if it had been a major claim. I will admit that the claim requirements that you provided to help with the claim were well defined.
