I was not able to make the trip and filed claim prior to trip due to a knee problem. Filed over 15 days ago. I have nothing regarding the claim. Muriel Holland. 404 683 9742. Trip was cancelled by Travel Agent and documentation provided.
I broke a tooth while on the trip. I did not want to try to have some local dentist do an extraction, so I contacted my dentist by email and he advised me. I waited til I got back and had the tooth extracted. I tried to file a claim and was told that I would have had to had the proceedure done on the trip in some third world country to qualify for a claim. Thanks for nothing.
I was searching different companies for travel insurance. Most of insurers were way to high . I found square mouth. What a great deal!!

We rated only 2 stars for purchasing of the travel policy because we could not get ahold of a customer representative even though there's supposed to be 24 hour service available. We had an important question we needed answers for before completing our purchase.
We had to cancel our trip and I called to start a claim January 8, 2019. I was told claim was started and that I would receive forms to complete claim via email. It is now 1 month out and there has been no communication from insurance agency. I spent hundreds of dollars for policy and have nothing in return.

The documentation required for my claim (cancellation due to illness) was thorough but reasonable. My claim was processed and paid within a week. I called to ask one question and customer service was easy to reach and very friendly and helpful. I am completely satisfied.
We were delayed on our return flight from Hawaii for 23 hours and 59 minutes. We had to book a room and incurred some food costs due to this delay. I submitted all the flight information, copy of boarding passes, a form showing the delay of the flight, expense receipts, etc. They requested everything except our blood types. Arch insurance made it as difficult as possible to recover our incurred costs. They came back 3-4 times repeatedly asking for the same information that was submitted plus more questions. Their attempt to have customers receive an explanation from the airlines to verify the flight delay and reasons is a ridiculous request since this information is available from other sources. They know that most airlines will not respond to these request from customers. This is a delaying tactic. Arch paid the expenses only after running through their delay tactic as long as possible to discourage us from pursuing what was due.
I am waiting to see how much I get reimbursed from the airline and/or justfly.com. I intend to file a claim for the additional expenses incurred. I will rate again after everything is settled.

This company was very professional, helpful and immediate in their response. Got to talk with a real person and they followed up and informed me about my options. Luckily I didn’t have to interrupt my travel.
