I was informed that if the strike with Air New Zealand happened I would not be covered. I did not expect this until after I paid for the insurance.

I have used Squaremouth multiple times. Each company/ experience has been excellent. I always recommend you.

Great company, excellent customer service, prompt response

Buying the insurance was easy and customer service was helpful. However since I filled out the claim forms I have not been contacted, no emails and no phone calls. The insurance company is open Monday to Friday other than if you need help with a claim but I work doing the week. It would be more helpful if I could contact them on the weekend. So I am going to call them on Monday to find out if they need anything else or what is the status of my claim.

So far, my experience in speaking with them on the phone regarding my lost and damaged baggage claim has been very positive and professional (a stark contrast to my experience in dealing with the airline's customer service.)

I was never able to reach anyone on your 24 hour line despite being on hold for over an hour and leaving a callback number. Useless. My flight was delayed. The airline finally got me on another flight so I was ok.

It was a bit overwhelming in trying to choose the right provider for what we needed but with assistance from customer service, it was done quickly and at a price that really beat out the company we use to deal with . A review is pointless when no claim is made. What can I say? They did a good job of taking my money?

I been contact with costumer service in 12/20/2018 to extended policy and the told me that they will contact with insurance company and they will not and the are not extended because weekend off days and i tried to contact with the insurance company and they told me that they don't have any idea about that .
