We had to postpone our trip until April. When I called, the person who helped me transfer the policy to the new date was very nice and very helpful.... I am concerned as to why I got this email/survey since my trip was rescheduled to April and supposedly it's been changed on my policy. Is everything still in order? Do I still have my insurance for my trip to Israel in April??
Easy enough to enroll. I spoke with a representative based in Tampa and had a lot of my questions answered on how and what the policy handles. My agent was very helpful and friendly. She even compared three policies with me that I could view through their website.

I contacted Travel Insured to ask the process of filing a claim I needed to file when our trip was interrupted due to a family illness at home. I received an email outlining the documents I needed to send in for the claim. I emailed the documents back and never heard anything from the company. Two weeks later I checked the status of my claim online through their website and it stated I had not sent in any documents and the documents that were requested were different from those listed in the email I received outlining the documents I needed to submit. I am very unhappy with this insurance company and doubt I would ever buy their insurance again. I am no closer to having this claim resolved than I was the day I inquired about filing a claim. I am now going to have to call them once again to try and get this claim processed.

I heard nothing from Travel Insurance on my claim until I responded to your request for feedback. After that, the insurance company responded immediately to me. I believe that is because of your no-complaint policy. It's too bad someone has to complain before the insurance company handles the claim and reaches out to the insured. Had the company responded as they should have, I would have given the "satisfaction of the claim" a yes.

We are very satisfied and will purchase travel insurance with Travel Insured in the future. Customer service is excellent and instructions for filing a claim clear and easy to follow. Hopefully our next trip will not be interrupted though!!
Easy to buy, however, no chance to evaluate any other part of your service as we did not file a claim.
I will be submitting a claim soon for the cell phone that was yanked out of my hands in Barcelona. My only interaction with the Insurance Co was to report the incident, and to have them send me claim forms, which was done promptly.

My claim was handled promptly, and Travel Insured International sent me a check for the claim this week. It didn't cover the cost of my stolen phone, but the policy only covered each item lost for a maximum of $250.00, so that's what was paid out. I'm very happy with the service. Thanks.
