My only issue was accessing my policy after purchasing it. I received an e-mail indicating I had the policy but when accessing the link on the e-mail it said, no policy found. After contacting customer service via e-mail a couple of times and then a call, we figured it out.
Third experience all positive!
The initial purchase online went fine and would have received 5 stars. But the price of our trip changed and I phoned in to have the the coverage adjusted. It was not done correctly and I had to call a second time.
The claim process was quick and easy. Just remember to save ALL of your receipts.
I was told some forms will be sent to me via email for my baggage claim damage, however, no forms have been sent as of yet. It has been several days

My claim was due to delayed baggage on a cruise to the Arctic Circle. Submitting the claim required gathering documentation from several sources, but the claims process was easy to follow, the coverage limits were clearly defined and the insurance carrier settled the claim in a reasonable time.
I probably did not read the fine print and was not aware that they only offered $200 daily reimbursement for delays in flight. Everything else was handles faitly.
I would recommend this travel insurance to other people because of coverage of policy and moderate cost.
Fortunate that we had no problems on trip so no claim evolved.
Their requirements for filing a delayed baggage claim seem a little extreme. Don't think I will purchase one of their policies again.
