We had to cancel our trip due to illness. Still need to submit mountains of docs.

Was very easy to find a policy and get started with the process. Had questions that were answered quickly when ever I called or double checked on the details. arrived home safe and sound without any problems.

I’ve used them for years and they’re consistently excellent, responsive and easy to deal with.

I have used Squaremouth and Travel Insured International on more than one occasion and intend to use this service again. I am always pleased in every area of customer service, time frame, price, and so forth. I feel listened to as to my individual needs and promptly tended to. Thank you!

Insurance company is quick to collect our $$$ but very slow to issue $$$ for a claim = not good customer service.

A little confusion about the insurance. We had a delay in our flight for about 17 hours because of a missed connection. The airlines fault. I talk to an agent and she said the only way we would have gotten any compensation would have been if we would have had any expenses. I did not know that I should have went out and bought clothes because we didn’t have our luggage for that amount of time. I don’t agree with that policy.

Time on the phone was very long. Agent did not know much about terms of policy and had to put me on extended periods on hold while checking.
