It was such a relief to learn of your attractive fee structure. from an independent Travel Agent. Our outbound flight to Victoria BC was cancelled on Thursday night, resulting in us having to fly out the next day and connect through Vancouver. We lost a day's vacation but that was Delta's fault (weather related.) Not sure if I would even be eligible for claim under this circumstance because we were still at home but had to cancel reservations and whale watch tour and a nights hotel. As far as Travel Insured International is concerned I haven't filed a claim and don't know if there is anything to file a claim for.
My claim was for delay in flights that caused extra lodging, food, and taxi expenses. Travel Insured International let me know they had received my claim and a couple weeks later called to let me know they had processed my claim and had mailed a check. I was very grateful for Travel Insured International's service.
Buying this policy gave me peace of mind on my trip. I would purchase it again.
