They keep asking for documents , i send them the same thing over and over - and this is too much!
they behave like a scam!

I bought this policy to cover any unforeseen medical expenses. While we did not need the coverage, thank G-d, we did have a travel delay and were told that our luggage would be delayed. I contacted the insurance claims department to find out what they'd cover and the representative was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. In the end our suitcases did arrive with us so I did not need to make a claim. Thank you for reassuring us in any case!

It was easy to sign up for the insurance policy which best suited my needs. We do not have a claim thank goodness.
Researched all travel insurance before selecting this policy. At the time I did not want to include trip cancellation but in the future I think I will include that too. We traveled internationally and due to bad weather on the East Coast we did have to change our flights but did not have the cancel our trip, thank goodness. We only wanted Emergency Medical and Emergency Medical Evacuation (but it did include trip delay). And for the coverage that we purchased the prices were reasonable compared to other policies, plus it was primary not secondary coverage which is important. Luckily we didn't have to use either. But it was such a relief to know if there were any medical issues we had this coverage. Years ago we never purchased medical travel insurance but as we are older we think it is worth it.
