I contacted them about filing a claim and the claim form along with an itemized list of documentation needed was e-mailed to be immediately. They received a claim form from Alaska Tour and Travel and let me know that they had received it. Filed the claim on 6/17/16 and hope to hear from the next week that the claim was received.

Very helpful as our trip had to be canceled due to unexpected surgery.

The trip insurance we purchased through Travel Insured International was worthless. The trip provider we purchased from went out of business. Travel Insured International claimed that was not a valid reason for paying on our claim. We will not purchase through Travel Insurance International again as we feel it was a rip off.

All representatives that I talked to in advance of my trip were very knowledgeable and friendly. All my questions were quickly answered. All representatives were very professional.

Luggage lost since day 1 of my cruise ..debarked May 8,2016...on May 12 the I got a call from the port saying it was found. It will be shipped next week..my claim is still open until I make sure all is there. Your claim agent was great with me when I called!
