Squaremouth website was easy to use and I asked a question via chat about altitude sickness coverage who quickly determined the answer that yes, we were covered. I didn't file a claim so with all insurance policies, that makes for the happiest customers and company. I personally think all these travel policies are grossly overpriced but I also realize people file many frivolous claims that drive up those costs.

Submitted a medical claim for treatment of an illness during a cruise. It was paid within a couple of weeks and in full. Very satisfied !

Getting a response from Travelex in Sweden was difficult. It took many calls and they didn't perform when they said they would. Once I finally got them committed on a time it went OK.

In spite of this, yes, I recommend this policy to others.

Yes, I would recommend Travelex for travel insurance. I will be putting in a claim as soon as I receive a bill for services rendered from the urgency care facility in Fairbanks, Ak. and, at that time, I might be able to make a better judgement as to how fast I am reimbursed for money I had to pay.

This is my 2nd time buying travel insurance through SquareMouth, and both times were good experiences. I filed a small claim the first time and it was an easy process. The second trip I didn't have a claim, but called with questions and the customer service reps were great. My only recommendation would be to rewrite the policy so it's not as confusing when there are exceptions and conflicting information. Thank you! I will be using you again.
