ON CALL INTERNATIONAL fir /Trup interruption assistance was perhaps the most frustrating and with the most incompetent and unreliable misinformation every experienced on a trip.

I had bought a cancel for any reason policy for a trip to Europe. Unfortunately, I did need to cancel before I departed on my trip. I notified Travelex of my cancellation and submitted the documentation and received my check for 75% of submitted claim amount (as per cancel for any reason reimbursement guidelines). The system worked in a timely manner. I was pleased by the process. I will use Squaremouth again next time I need to choose a trip policy and would choose Travelex again if it met my trip needs at that time.

I provided Travelex with complete information regarding my accident, receipt for one hotel that didn't allow cancellation and a receipt for the cost of my trip leader. Travelex sent me all the money I'd itemized except for $30.

I had no communication with anyone at the insurance company after I called to notify them of my need to cancel. I sent them the receipts, filled out their form and they sent me a check.

I would recommend them to others.

All in all, Travelex provided a good experience and policy. They paid a claim for interrupted travel, for which I am grateful.

I had an excellent experience with Squaremouth. Your Customer Support is phenomenally good. I had never purchased travel insurance before and your representatives were very helpful and patient explaining the different options. I appreciated their approach and the lack of hard sell techniques.
I will be using Squaremouth for my upcoming trips.

When Travelex sent me the claims forms, they neglected to send the form that dealt with reimbursement for my nonrefundable airline ticket.
I am glad that I was smart enough to realize this form was missing. Otherwise, I would have submitted the claim forms and not gotten reimbursed for the airline ticket. The omission of the airline reimbursement form should have never happened.

This is my fourth time in purchasing travel insurance for trips to Africa. Always has been easy. My only question has been - did I buy duiplicate insursance however it is peace of mind.

I majored in insurance in college and was actively employed in the insurance business for over 40 years. I was pleasantly surprised that Square Mouth and Travel Ex put together a very easily understood set of coverages and provided a number of option s from which to choose. Anyone who takes this approach gets my vote.

We are not pleased with the results of the claim. Travelex chose a date for our cancellation of the trip (the date my wife initially visited a doctor) which is not the date that we cancelled the trip. By doing so, they reduced the amount of our claim by 25%.
I am not sure how to proceed. Should I work with you or contact Travelex directly?
