The total (and only) communication we got from this insurance carrier was a single page Summary of Coverage coming from Sqauremouth.

No communication at all was received from the carrier (Travelex Insurance). We certainly expected to get some certificate, or proof of coverage, but we received nothing from Travelex.

I wondered if we had a claim if they would even know they had covered us with a policy. I would not recommend them or use them again.

Getting the insurance was easy. Did not have a claim so have no idea how the company would act in that case.

Did everything via internet so no direct content with Squaremouth. They issued the policy quickly and I had no further contact.

I received my confirmation from Travelex very promptly after purchasing my coverage, which I appreciated. Everything seemed very straightforward.

1-5, with 5 being excellent.

Didn't have to file a claim and provider was great with any questions I had both when making purchase and about my policy. I am just glad we had the insurance just in case!

Our claim was processed quickly and paid in full.

Have purchased many policies from Squaremouth, and this is the first claim. Our return trip was interrupted due to Storm Leon
and when I telephoned Squaremouth claims, from Johannesburg asking about assistance the answer was less than satisfactory.
I reserve judgement until the outcome of the claim.
