This will be the first time we've ever had to file a claim, so it's hard to rate them until the claim is satisfied (proof is in the pudding). Thus far they have been very helpful. I can't believe the mounds of paperwork that you must complete though!! Save every piece of paperwork would be my advise and if you have to pay something in cash, i.e. taxi - don't expect to be reimbursed.
We did not have to file a claim. You really don't know how good a policy is until you have to use it--which we hope we will never have to find out.
Happy to report that there was no "required" interaction with the carrier directly. Trip was an exciting motorcycle adventure and the incidental damage to the rented motorcycle was not covered by this policy.

Purchase of the policy was quite straightforward and easy and I thought the price was competitive. However, since the most important interaction with any insurance company is the claims process and we did not need to make a claim, I can't provide the insights travel insurance buyers would value most highly.
