no claim was filed but my legs and Arms were bruised considerably on four spots when cruise ship was moving

My wife and I had booked a European river cruise. A couple of weeks before our scheduled departure I broke my leg and we had to cancel the trip. We sent the appropriate paperwork to SquareMouth and they quite promptly sent us a refund check. No fuss, no problems.
