This will be the first time we've ever had to file a claim, so it's hard to rate them until the claim is satisfied (proof is in the pudding). Thus far they have been very helpful. I can't believe the mounds of paperwork that you must complete though!! Save every piece of paperwork would be my advise and if you have to pay something in cash, i.e. taxi - don't expect to be reimbursed.

We did not have to file a claim. You really don't know how good a policy is until you have to use it--which we hope we will never have to find out.

Happy to report that there was no "required" interaction with the carrier directly. Trip was an exciting motorcycle adventure and the incidental damage to the rented motorcycle was not covered by this policy.

Thankfully, I did not make a claim, so I have no idea how they would have performed.

Purchase of the policy was quite straightforward and easy and I thought the price was competitive. However, since the most important interaction with any insurance company is the claims process and we did not need to make a claim, I can't provide the insights travel insurance buyers would value most highly.

No claim presented! No information after payment and no policy ever received.

I didn't need to make any claims, and felt very assured that if there was a need for a claim, it would have been handled promptly.

We were fortunate that we did not have to file a claim; however I was glad that we had the insurance, just incase something happened. The information provided by the carrier was quite good and they provided that information in an efficient manner.
