No claim, no problem. These questions simply are not applicable to our experience.

We did have trouble getting a visa. Could not travel so... wasted our money since that is not covered. Cost us $2000 in re-booking fees.

Always very happy with my service and with Travelex. Always super easy to file a claim, no problems. I will always purchase travel insurance through Squaremouth. Always well worth it.

no claim was filed but my legs and Arms were bruised considerably on four spots when cruise ship was moving

My wife and I had booked a European river cruise. A couple of weeks before our scheduled departure I broke my leg and we had to cancel the trip. We sent the appropriate paperwork to SquareMouth and they quite promptly sent us a refund check. No fuss, no problems.
