I was pleasantly surprised to have the full amount of my claim accepted and reimbursed without further question after I submitted the original documentation requested. Since I submitted both emergency medical and trip interruption claims, there was considerable documentation required, but nothing I would deem unreasonable.

We were able to connect to an emergency hotline rep immediately and they were able to provide helful information on rerouting. However, it took over 45 minutes to get us info on booking emergency lodging accomidations. Also did not give full advice on the types of reciepts we would need to submit for claim and could not give details on exactly what expenses would be covered.
