I never received the insurance policy in the mail. So, the service I received is a minus. No other service was required.

During Trip
I could not reach them about my injury in Indonesia. i have no way of knowing if it was the phone sservice or a problem with the numbers given me.

Claim Process
submitted the claim on about September 18th. I don't have the papers available to me at this time, as I am house sitting somewhere else. I have not yet heard from the insurance company. The amount of the claim is approsimate. Please send me another questionnaire to fill out as more information is available.

I had a question and stayed on the line for over 30 min, only to find out that I had been directed to claims rather than questions. I was not impressed with the answer to my question, so overall it was a very negative experience.

I had no contact with the insurance carrier during my trip because nothing happened to cause me to have to contact them.
