Very simple, not difficult, I did not need the service on my trip but was happy to have it and very happy with the cost.

Before Trip
I did not receive the insurance documentation in the mail until sometime after I left for my trip. My mail was held for a month so I'm not sure when it arrived. The company had at least 2 weeks before my trip to get it to me.

During Trip
I was involved in an accident while traveling to Italy and I did not have time to contact the carrier during that time.

Claim Process
I did pay for the medical expenses in EURO therefore I do not know the EURO/DOLLAR exchange rate at that time. So far I did not received any refunds.
