Once again, Squaremouth provided the comfort of assurance that most contingencies would be covered in the event of some part of this trip west astray. Glad to say that all went well. As frequent travellers we know that most of the time things go fine but if there's a problem Squaremouth is there to help.

First segment of flights had a three hour delay and was in danger of not making connection, I had a four hour layover. I tried to call customer service for information I may need for a claim if the flight was further delayed. I only reached a recording and given the hours to call back, which would be the hours on the five hour flight. I was very nervous but I made the connection so did not need to make claim.
