Im thankful that I got this Travelers Insurance before my big trip....

During Trip
I didnt use the Insurance during my trip.. But Im very very glad I did get it.. I almost by minutes had to use it.. I was in Cagayan de Oro Philippines on Dec 17th.. Cagayan de Oro had a big Typhoon that day..Im sending some youtube links of the Typhoon and its aftermath...

These youtube videos might be pretty disturbing to watch..Its very sad.. Very sad what happen in Cagayan de Oro and the surrounding areas there.. We were walking in knee deep water for awhile and power was going off..The main part of the Typhoon hit during the night.. At least 2000 people died and 50-100 thousand people lost their homes..The people I was with didnt loose their home and all was ok.. We made it out all ok.. We were very blessed..Power was going off and I was very lucky to get on the plane the next day..By minutes during the Typhoon I was almost going to have to use this Travelers Insurance.. I couldnt believe the aftermath of this big Typhoon..There was no warnings and the city never went through a Typhoon like this before.. Thank you again for your services..Next time I go back to the Philippines I will have you guys again.. Sorry to make this long here.. Let me know you got this and what you thought of my trip and the Typhoon that I was in.. If the Typhoon was going another hour longer the city would be totally wiped out and I would not be here to share my trip with you...Im so blessed to be alive.. Thank you again..

You have my date of purchase wrong. I bought the insurance for the month of March (30 days)
I realize I am behind the times by not having a cell phone...but that's the way it is for me. I did have a health issue and contacted the number given to me. He was helpful, but with a combination of having unhelpful people in the town I was in in the Netherlandsd and not having my own cell phone I was unable to get medical assistance. I think you need to take into consideration that not everyone has a cell phone. also, keep in mind that some doctor's offices will not allow you to use their phones.
