Before Trip
We never got documentation mailed to us, although I called several times and asked for it. We did get it emailed to us but that didn't seem "real". I like tangible things.

During Trip
Thankfully we never needed to use the insurance

Should have n/a rating, since we did not contact the emergency help hotline, or contact customer service during our trip.

Before Trip
The insurance gave me a feeling of security and comfort as I had fairly recently had to cancel a trip due to medical problems. We in fact lost a considerable amount of expense, ecause it was necessary to cancel at the last week prior to our planned trip. I will not plan without Insurance ever again!
