Had no need for the insurance during our trip. Was so glad we had it though just in case.

Hard to rate since had no claims, but the on line process was helpful and user friendly

We never received any documentation before our trip. We had no contact with customer service before leaving.

Should have n/a rating, since we did not contact the emergency help hotline, or contact customer service during our trip.

The insurance gave me a feeling of security and comfort as I had fairly recently had to cancel a trip due to medical problems. We in fact lost a considerable amount of expense, ecause it was necessary to cancel at the last week prior to our planned trip. I will not plan without Insurance ever again!

During Trip
Had no reason to contact carrier, so I can't rate these questions

Thankfully, no claim was needed. But I had peace of mind just in case!

Being able to run the comparisons through SquareMouth was a significant benefit as it let me really look at our needs and the available options.
We did get materials from the carrier and they came online so that also made the process quick and simple.

During Trip
Did not need the coverage (which is how we like it) Knowing that it was there and there was support was the most important benefit.
